We have helped over 80 schools, in 14 cities to raise over R12m in total since 1998. 260+ events with over 418,000 people in total.  We also have the largest network of connected youth through our U-NVRS promoter network.


Our aim is to help schools across South Africa to raise funds through school community events as well as under-18 socials. With a focus on world class event production, event management and remaining mindful of music trends, DJ exposure and creating the ultimate experience for schools, U-PARTY has and is perfecting a much needed fundraising formula. U-PARTY strives to create a safe space where youth can enjoy themselves and develop their social skills.


U-PARTY launched the under-18 socials in 1998 and as of March 2014, we have successfully hosted over 230 socials for more than 200,000 people, nationwide.  We launched our school community events in 2010 and as of March 2014, we have successfully hosted over 20 community festivals on school campuses for more than 150,000 people. We currently operate in Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg, Nelspruit, Paarl, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Pretoria and Stellenbosch.  School community events are becoming more popular for communities to gather due to the environment that schools offer. Under-18 socials continue to grow in size because teens expect the best in entertainment and we provide that and more by creating world class events on a school budget, through working with our industry friends such as LCNVL, DJ Fresh, Gareth Cliff, Euphonik, DJ Kent and more.

Parents and schools support the U-PARTY brand because our events are safe and secure. Our planning is of the highest standard and both the events act and local by-laws are followed at all times. We have an excellent relationship with city events departments who support our events which promote a healthy lifestyle for community and youth. No-one in South Africa has more experience than our team when it comes to school community and youth events. We have raised millions of Rands for schools, with a 2013 average of R65,000.00+ per event and our most successful community event raised R400,000.00 for the host school. Schools across the country are seeking new ways to fundraise successfully. This mindset has turned many schools and committees to the innovative U-PARTY team. The result: a fundraising success that sees sales of hundreds of tickets at firm prices with guarantees no other communities can offer.
