This online ticketing facility has been set up to help you buy U-PARTYâ„¢ social tickets without the frustration of driving to the host school.

The  U-PARTY™ online ticketing facility is a credit card facility. After you click on "confirm order" you will be re-directed to Virtual Card Services to make payment. You can however choose to pay by EFT on the last page, after which a page will be displayed with the EFT instructions. Please print out this page if you have chosen "pay by EFT". The "pay by EFT" option will be disabled three days before the social, allowing us time to collect manual EFT payments.

 

When buying tickets in the 72hrs preceeding the event you'll have to use the credit card facility.

Once payment has been made, you'll receive two emails from us, collectively these are your e-ticket
Email 1 - The details of your order including your order number
Email 2 - A brief email saying the status of your order has been changed and is now "confirmed"

Once we receive your payment via credit card (immediate) or EFT (24 - 48 hours),  your  order will be confirmed and physical tickets will be allocated and sent for collection at the social entrance. Our ticket table opens 45 mins before the social begins and CLOSES AT 21h00.

You will need to bring a copy of both emails mentioned above to collect your tickets. These two email form your e-ticket.
