1.3 Accept the reservation of the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time and that it is your responsibility to review any alterations to the Terms and Conditions each time you access the website.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF TICKETS
2.1 PRICING. U-PARTY online ticketing has been set up to save you time and from driving to and from host schools to buy tickets for socials. We do not charge face value and recommend that if you are looking for face value tickets that you purchase them directly from the host school. Our prices are set by market conditions, internal admin costs and fees charged by various institutions who support our ticketing process.

2.2  NUMBER: A maximum of 4 tickets can be bought in any one transaction.

2.3  For Credit Card Sales: U-PARTY acts strictly as an Agent for the host school of the event to which the ticket purchased applies and/or for the goods or service which are to be supplied or rendered against presentation of the ticket.

2.4  For EFT, Cash, Direct deposit sales or Complementary Tickets: U-PARTY only provides/leases the software to the host school or agent of the host school for the sale and distribution of tickets and does not as an Agent, nor does it accept funds from the sale and distribution of tickets. Accordingly, any refunds will solely be on the onus of the event organiser with no recourse, whatever the circumstances, to U-PARTY.

2.5  Delivery: All tickets purchased online will be confirmed by a confirmation email when your online transaction has been successfully completed. This confirmation email is your ticket used to gain access into the event for which the tickets have been purchased.

2.6  Only the host school can consent to the cancellation, return or exchange of any tickets in which event U-PARTY will act under the express direction of the host school. No U-PARTY employee or agent is entitled to agree to or allow the cancellation, return or exchange of any tickets without the express consent of the host school first being obtained. Should the host school consent to cancellation and return of tickets; tickets acquired and paid by either EFT, Cash, Direct deposit sales will be returned by the host school or agent of the host school. Under no circumstances will U-PARTY be responsible for the return and exchange of tickets.

2.7  Neither U-PARTY nor the host schools of any event for which tickets are sold by U-PARTY will be liable in respect of any fraudulent, copies or other reproductions of tickets that are presented at the venue of an event.

2.8  The host school reserves the right of admission to any event in respect of which U-PARTY may provide the service of selling and distribution of tickets and further reserves the right to alter the program at the event. Under no circumstances will U-PARTY be liable in any matter whatsoever for the host school's negligence or circumstances that have arisen due to the host schools actions.

3. DISCLAIMER FOR LIABILITY
3.1  U-PARTY shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any loss of whatsoever nature which may be suffered as a result of the cancellation or postponement of an event by the host school.
3.2  U-PARTY shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained on this website. The content on the U-PARTY website, whether provided by U-PARTY or any third party, is provided for information purposes to the users of the U-PARTY website.

4. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
4.1    U-PARTY shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Section 51 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 that governs your right to having your personal information kept private

4.2    U-PARTY respects the privacy of all visitors to its online site and facilities, and we consider it important that visitors are aware of how we handle any information collected about them.

4.3    U-PARTY defines personal information as all information specific to yourself that you provide to us over the Internet or any other channel. This includes personal data that you provide us when you subscribe to our sms services, submit your website for listing, or just a question you asked via e-mail.
